Bakırci Yapı Construction and Trade Inc. (“Company”) attaches great importance to the protection of the personal data of our customers, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), we hereby inform you about your rights regarding the processing, storage, and protection of personal data, as well as our Company’s obligations.

1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As a Company, we process your personal data in accordance with the PDPL for the following purposes:

- Conducting company operations,

- Managing contractual processes,

- Managing communication activities,

- Fulfilling legal obligations,

- Managing customer relations and providing services.

2. METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected by our Company through various methods (electronically, in writing, or verbally) and based on Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL, on the following legal grounds:

- Cases stipulated by law,

- Being mandatory for the Company to fulfill its legal obligations.

3. PROTECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Our Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data. Within this scope:

- Necessary precautions are taken to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, and misuse.

- Your personal data is stored for the periods required by applicable legislation. When these periods expire, the data is securely destroyed.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, as data subjects, you have the following rights:

- To learn whether your personal data is processed,

- To request information if your personal data has been processed,

- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data,

- To request the correction of personal data that has been processed incorrectly or incompletely,

- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,

- To object to the processing if it is contrary to the law,

- To learn whether your personal data has been transferred to third parties.

You may submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
